Returns & right of withdrawal

All products at hoopet.eu are sold by HOOPET SL, Carrer del Poeta Mas i Ros 114, 46022 València, Spain. This page explains our 30-day money-back guarantee, your legal right of withdrawal and what to do if something arrives damaged. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a product doesn't work for you, email us at miguselzuu@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few words on what went wrong. We refund the price you paid for that product to your original payment method. You don't need to send it back.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, and delivery costs are not refunded under it. It is voluntary and comes on top of your legal right of withdrawal.

How to return a product

  1. Email us at miguselzuu@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) you want to return. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
  2. We reply with the return address for your order. Returns go to the warehouse of our logistics partner, and the address can differ from one order to another.
  3. Send the product back, well packed, within 14 days of telling us. We recommend a tracked service; keep your proof of postage.
  4. We refund you as described below.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HOOPET SL, Carrer del Poeta Mas i Ros 114, 46022 València, Spain, phone: +34 638 45 31 02, email: miguselzuu@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to the return address we give you after receiving your withdrawal, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged, a product does not work properly or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We will put it right at no cost to you, normally by sending a replacement, and we pay any return shipping. Under Spanish law you have a legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery (repair or replacement and, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund), without prejudice to any more favourable mandatory rights in your country of residence.

Refunds

Refunds go to the payment method you used. If a product was bought with a discount or promotion, we refund the amount you actually paid for it, as shown on your order. Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few days to appear.
